Personalized orders
Every product is made using the photos and choices submitted with the order. You are responsible for having permission to reproduce the images you upload.
Photo review
I may contact you when an image appears too small, dark or tightly cropped. Production can be delayed until a suitable replacement or approval is received.
Colour and cropping
Screens and printed materials display colour differently. Small variations are normal. Square products require cropping from portrait or landscape originals.
Changes, refunds and replacements
Changes can be requested before production begins. Personalized products cannot normally be returned for a change of mind. Damaged or faulty items will be reviewed for replacement.
Acceptable uploads
Do not upload unlawful, abusive or infringing material. An order may be declined and refunded if its images cannot reasonably be produced.
