What I collect
To make and deliver an order, I collect the details you provide, including your name, contact information, delivery address, order notes and uploaded photos.
How I use it
Your information is used only to review photos, produce the order, arrange delivery, provide support and meet legal record-keeping requirements.
Your photos
Customer photos are private order materials. They are not used for social media or marketing without separate permission. Photos are retained only as long as needed to complete the order and handle reasonable replacement requests.
Service providers
Information may be processed by services needed to operate the shop, such as secure hosting, payment processing and delivery partners. They receive only the information required for their role.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information by contacting Memento Magnets. Some order records may need to be retained where required by law.
