Delivery & returns
Every order is made for you, packed carefully and sent with tracking.
Making time
Orders are normally printed, trimmed and packed within 2 working days. I’ll contact you if a photo needs replacing before production begins.
Delivery
Standard tracked delivery is $6 and free for orders over $60. Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch. Busy seasons and remote addresses may take a little longer.
Changes and cancellations
You can request a change or cancellation before printing starts. Because every magnet is personalized, completed custom orders cannot be returned for a change of mind.
Damage or printing problems
If something arrives damaged or there is a production fault, send a clear photo within 48 hours of delivery. I’ll review it and arrange a replacement where appropriate.
