How many magnets can I order?
Classic and large magnets start at six and are sold in multiples of six. The per-magnet price drops at 12 and again at 24. For a larger or event order, message me and I’ll set it up.
What kind of photos work best?
Original photos from your camera roll work best, ideally 1000px wide or more. Screenshots and images saved from messages can be smaller, but I’ll contact you if anything may not print clearly.
Will my photos be cropped?
Magnets are square, so portrait and landscape photos need a square crop. The upload grid gives you a preview, and I check every crop before printing.
Can I use the same photo more than once?
Yes. Add the same file to as many slots as you like. Each slot represents one finished magnet.
How long does an order take?
I make orders in two working days. Delivery usually takes another 3–5 days, and you’ll receive tracking once the padded box is on its way.
What comes with the frame set?
One wooden display frame and six classic 5 × 5 cm magnets. Choose light oak, walnut, black or white wash. Gift wrapping and a handwritten note are included.
Can I change a photo after ordering?
Yes, as long as printing has not started. Reply to the confirmation message with the replacement photo as soon as you can.
What if something arrives damaged?
Send me a clear photo of the packaging and the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery. I’ll arrange a replacement.
